    ANDRITSAINA Fettucine, is a long egg based pasta cut into strips.  Great in a tomato sauce with beef and/or veal. Also great sautéed in butter and topped with Romano cheese. Very hearty and tasty.  Very quick to cook usually within 5 minutes.

    ANDRITSAINA Pappardelle, is a long egg based pasta cut into strips.  Most similar to fettucine but much thicker.  Great in a tomato sauce with beef and/or veal. Also great sautéed in butter and topped with Romano cheese. Very hearty and tasty.

    ANDRITSAINA Hilopites, is the Greek word for small, dried pasta squares. Another favorite casserole and soup pasta, hilopites are egg based noodles.  Hilopites are used in soups and stews within a chicken or vegetable broth spiked with a squeeze of lemon juice and a generous pinch of red pepper flakes.  Food for the soul, traditional and heartwarming.

    ANDRITSAINA Sour Trahana, is a pebble-size pasta that is fried, used in soups and stews the same way as rice or other pasta, and made into soups that are Greek favorites. It is often compared to couscous in look but different in taste.  Comes in two versions sweet and sour.  Ideally combined with chicken and/or veal in a stew.

    TSIKNAKIS Barley bagel bread rusks,  made of pure ingredients with no preservatives. Ideal for a healthy alternative to white bread. Made with the traditional “Tsiknakis” family recipe. These bagel rusks are often used to prepare the famous  Greek appetizer “DAKOS”, which is: the bagel bread rusk as the base, topped with chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta and seasoned with oregano and drizzled over by olive oil!!

  • AIGAIO Feta Cheese 250 g

    AIGAIO Feta cheese, a white semi-soft cheese, made of cow’s milk. Crumbly in texture and called a pickle cheese because it is cured in a 17% to 20% salt brine. This cheese may be sliced or crumbled in salads or as a table snack cheese. Fresh and salty with a characteristically rancid taste, the latter developed by the addition of lipase enzymes.
