MEZE Roasted Red Peppers

MEZE Roasted red peppers, are none other than the well renowned Florina pepper from Northern Greece.  They are fire roasted and enveloped in brine, in order to preserve their freshness and crunch.  Great as an appetizer, on party platters and often used to make the famous  spicy Greek dip/spread known as “Kopanisti” or “Tirokafteri”, which is a roasted red pepper/feta dip.
