MAKVEL Orzo

Makvel Orzo pasta, is a rice-shaped pasta are used for many Mediterranean dishes. In Greece, a traditional famous dish “Youvetsi” is made with orzo(or otherwise known as Kritharaki),boiled veal and/or beef and tomato sauce, topped with freshly grated Kefalotiri or Myzithra. You can also use the rice noodles to prepare delicious cold salads or even to stuff vegetables. This little pasta is so versatile you can pair it with almost anything.
