MEZE Sundried Tomatoes

MEZE Sundried tomato,  from the region of Macedonia is known for its’ higher quality. Its’ savory taste is ideal for appetizers, in sandwiches, and in hot and/or cold pasta dishes. The tomatoes are pre-treated with sulfur dioxide or salt before being placed in the sun in order to improve quality. The MEZE sundried tomato is placed in oil along with herbs and spices to preserve the product.
